Merger/Acquisition
- ByoPlanet, induction-charged spray delivery systems that serve animal and plant health, commercial cleaning, pest control and public services, was acquired by NDT Pharmaceuticals.
- Lixit Animal Care Products, pet supplies that meet the needs of pet owners, was acquired by Miller Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of Comact Technologies.
- Swifto, GPS-tracked dog-walking marketplace that delivers optimal dog-walking experiences, was acquired by Houndry.
Early Stage VC
- Thurlow Veterinary Services, veterinary services that treat pets with a personal approach, raised $8.05 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding from investors.
Seed Round
- Biche, luxury pet grooming products that elevate animal care through fine fragrance and skincare-grade formulations, raised pre-seed funding in a deal led by Vicken Arslanian and Marisa Auciello.
- Lil Luv Dog, pet care products for clean and sustainable pet care, raised $1 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Ani.VC.
