- Whistle Labs, wearable pet tracker that monitors a pet’s location, activity, and health behaviors in real time, was acquired by Tractive on July 28, 2025.
- Wild Earth, sustainable pet foods that offer plant-based and cruelty-free products, was acquired by InvenTel on July 23, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Small Door Veterinary, veterinary services that deliver technology, nutrition, wellness, and prevention into general practice care for pets, raised $55 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity on July 29, 2025.
Angel (individual)
- EpiPaws, epigenetic biomarkers that promote proactive pet healthcare, raised $145,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt from New World Angels on August 13, 2025.
- Grublify, home-prepared pet meal enhancement services for canine nutritional balance, raised $56,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE Notes from investors on July 24, 2025.
