PE Growth/Expansion
- Nebraska Vet Services, veterinary services to livestock production farms and companion animal owners throughout the midwestern United States, received development capital from Blue Sea Capital in June 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- AllAccem, veterinary dermatology and dental care products intended to support animal health and hygiene, was acquired by Vimian on June 13, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Asto CT, computed tomography (CT) device designed to provide standard whole-body scanning of animals, raised $56.5 million of Series C venture funding from Mediquip, Alumni Ventures, and other investors on June 10, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $210 million.
Seed Round
- Innovative Pet Lab, at-home pet diagnostic tests designed to assess and improve pets’ gut health, raised EUR 950,000 of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Nordic Laboratories on June 15, 2025.
