Alliance will invest primarily in industrial real estate that supports Transportation as a Service (“TaaS”) and TaaS related operations includinge electric vehicle services and supporting infrastructure
Focus on investing in triple-net leased commercial real estate assets and value-add acquisitions in the industrial/logistics and distribution sectors for the build-out of the TaaS/EV market
