Provides overall strategic and investment direction and leadership to the firm. Respected authority on commercial real estate acquisition, investment, development and structuring


Adds value and creates goodwill at every touchpoint. Founded Hillcrest Trading, Ltd., a national acquisition and management firm. Began acquiring commercial real estate assets in the 1990s. B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant


Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA), The Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Charter Member of the International Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals

CARMEN VENTRUCCI

Director of Investor Relations

Fosters relationships with Alliance’s current and prospective investors. Responsibilities include communications, raising capital, providing updates on current investments, preparing financial documents, and distributing preferred returns every quarter


Extensive background in communications, business strategy, sales, process improvement, and is a seasoned real estate investor. Loves the medical community – was a vendor to the healthcare industry for 15+ years. Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota. MBA from the University of St. Thomas

LOUIS JAMES TSUNIS

Director of Acquisitions

Primary responsibility is identifying attractive new properties to acquire for Alliance’s portfolio. For over nine years, was a leading investment sales broker for a national real estate investment brokerage company


Has advised, underwritten, and sold over $500 million in real estate properties. Real estate sales associate license in Florida, MBA from the University of West Florida, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida

GRISELDA TELLEZ

Director of Property and Asset Operations

Responsible for day-to-day property and asset management duties. Began real estate career in 1998 working first at Draper and Kramer then Seneca Real Estate Group


Illinois Real Estate Leasing license, Accredited Residential Manager certification, and is currently working towards obtaining a Certified Property Manager designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management

LINDA ALONSO

Executive Administrator

Helps run daily corporate level operations. Acts as the right-hand to the Chief Executive Officer, Ben Reinberg, whilst managing corporate accounting and employee relations


Has assisted Vice Presidents and CEOs in running corporate facility operations to grow their companies
