BNG Hospitality is seeking a $3.7 million senior loan for the renovation and re-modelling of the Centre Club in San Antonio TX.

BNG owns and manages private clubs throughout the US

100 years of combined experience and expertise in the Private Club and Hospitality industry

Focus on both potential acquisition and/or management of small to medium size clubs

Emphasize club board redevelopment, new and improved sales and marketing efforts for memberships and banquets, and enhancing communication channels to better connect club members.


The Centre Club

The Centre Club is the evolution of the 40 year-old Plaza Club

Has been relocated to the penthouse of the Weston Centre in downtown San Antonio, Texas

The new location will allow the club to reinvent itself in the 6th largest city in the US

The club has a base membership of over 400 members who have paid $500 to relocate to the new club

The market has no true competitors for this product

10,000 sq. foot clubhouse, similar in size to the current location with member usable space

Flexible and efficient layout including a ballroom that can seat 250, as well as bar lounge and shared work-space

Dining experiences colored by local beer, wine and cocktails

Multiple venues for members, allowing a variety of use with the club quarters

Comfortable atmosphere where the staff provides personalized experiences



Reinvented and rebranded club – relevant and desirable for all age groups

Appeals to traditional markets and affluent young executives

Coffee concierge, craft cocktail service and dedicated shared workspaces

Worked in high-end hotels, restaurants and private clubs since 1995

Was the General Manager of Centre Club

Director of National Accounts with Crown Brands – focused on large hospitality customers such as Disney, ClubCorp, and IHG Hotels

Extremely involved in the community and served on several organizational boards such as Habitat for Humanity, Florida Medical Clinic Foundation, and the Board of Fellows at The University of Tampa. Appointed to be an Honorary Base Commander at MacDill Air Force

Graduated from Johnson & Wales University Magna Cum Laude with dual degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management and Hospitality Management
