Specific Risks
- Operational Costs – Maintaining a large multi-purpose facility requires consistent revenue streams beyond major racing events, which could be challenging
- Regulatory and Permitting Risks – The project must comply with environmental regulations and land- use approvals, which could delay development
- Reduced Consumer Spending – Economic downturns often lead to lower discretionary spending, which could impact ticket sales, sponsorships, and event attendance
- Corporate Sponsorship Uncertainty – Businesses may cut marketing budgets, reducing sponsorship opportunities for CNW
- Operational Cost Pressures – Rising costs and lower revenue streams could make maintaining the facility more challenging
- Infrastructure and Development Risks – Construction delays, cost overruns, or unforeseen site challenges could impact the timeline and financial viability of the project
- Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and carry a high degree of risk – including the loss of the entire investment
