Leadership has driven the management, promotion, and operation of over 1,000 motorsport races, concerts, and community events. With extensive experience in sponsorship sales, naming rights, and media contract negotiations, it has played a pivotal role in shaping the business side of motorsports. Contributions extend to opening new racing facilities and attracting premier events across IndyCar, NASCAR, IMSA, SCCA, ARCA, MotoGP, and USAC. Additionally, engaged in 2017 by the Circuit of the Northwest and currently serves as the projects C0-Owner and COO. Joel’s Expertise continues to drive innovation and excellence in the industry. Additionally, honored with an Auto Racing Promoter Award for creating and hosting world championship events. Brian Nilsen is the Co-Founder of the development the Circuit of the Northwest

A world-class motorsports venue. He is a key figure in the powersports industry serving as the General Manager and Owner of Brothers Powersports, a full-service dealership. Played a significant role in expanding the business and shaping its success. Beyond Brothers Powersports, Owner and CEO of Motowest LLC, a motocross facility. Passion for motorsports extends to founding the Pac West MX raceseries and managing motorsports activities at the Port of Bremerton.
