Energi Solutions is seeking $10-20 million of growth capital to provides dynamic renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions for homes and businesses in the US to reduce customer energy costs.
“More than panels” strategy – sell and install synchronized systems, such as solar panels, state-of-the-art energy efficient HVAC systems and batteries, as a complete and complementary energy efficiency solution
Launched operations in the fall of 2021 and generated almost $1.6 million in revenue before year-end, and almost $800,000 in January 2022
Jeff Chavez, former CEO of Avolta – a solar company with $150 million in sales and over 600 employees – leads an experienced team with prior success in all aspects of the business

Spending on HVAC systems and installations in the US was $15.16 billion in 2020 – expected to expand 6.0% per year through 2028
Each year, three million US residential heating and cooling systems are replaced and $14 billion is spent on residential HVAC services or repairs
Availability of high-efficiency equipment, extreme climate conditions, and growing construction activities are primary factors driving the country’s HVAC demand
