Over 20 years of experience in real estate. Began career as a licensed real estate appraiser. As the residential real estate market crashed in 2008, transitioned to a fix/flipper, successfully completing over 1,400 projects in LA and Orange Counties, with total transaction value in excess of $1 billion. Had dozens of repeat investors through four investment vehicles – Trio Group, Elmoro Holdings, RHS and Simply Buy and cultivated many successful lender relationships. BA, English, University of San Diego.

Ryan Lusk | Acquisitions


Seasoned investor with over 20 years of real estate experience. Has successfully navigated and completed hundreds of transactions in the Southern California market as a licensed sales agent and licensed appraiser. Specializes in fix/flip, buy and hold, and real estate syndications. Currently the preferred in-house investor with two major Orange County, CA brokers. Trusted resource for brokers and investors alike, consistently identifying and securing real estate assets. BA, Communications and Marketing, California State University Long Beach.

Chris Novy | Director of Operations


Over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, HR, operations and finance across several organizations. Founded two successful business in networking (Amplify Networks) and fractional COO/CFO outsourcing (Fractional Business Partners). Joined Falcon two years ago and brings multiple skills to apply across all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, finance and property management. BA, Economics, University of California Los Angeles.

Naveed Bhatti | Director of Personnel


Over 20 years of experience in managing teams, identifying and attracting high-end talent, marketing, generating leads and growing revenue. Co-founder of Amplify Networking along with Chris Novy, which develops and implements revenue growth strategies, staffing, hiring, growth and development, and executive management. BA, Business, University of Central Florida.
