  • Formosa Plastics is located 121 miles southwest of Orcus Houston headquarters
  • Easily accessible location – company will have a full management team in place
  • Orcus will have an in-situ team of 122 experienced professionals providing a number of maintenance services to Formosa
  • Orcus team will be available and working at the plant 24/7
  • Contracts with Formosa Plastics consist of a continuous maintenance, turnaround and operating improvement work in the entire facility
  • The contract is for up to three years, for a total amount of $75 million (from 2021 to 2023)
  • The contract has been renewed consistently for three contract renewal cycles and has substantially grown over the past three renewal cycles
