Worked on a series of tech successes, such as Quarterdeck’s CleanSweep, Panda Software, and the sale of companies to EarthWeb, BeFree, and BellSouth

Helped drive security software company CyberDefender to an IPO on the NASDAQ as its President and Chief Operating Officer 

Tom Marchesello – COO

Transformed the Modular Water Systems group into a streamlined operational model, manufacturing a branded modular water treatment product lineup

Began his career in the U.S. Air Force leading in aerospace operations and strategy at Air Force Space Command Headquarters, leaving the service as a Captain

Served as Director of consumer data analytics at Sony Electronics

Worked for Bainbridge Investment Banking Group as Director of M&A Investments

Kenneth Berenger

Executive Vice President

Co-creator of Water On Demand™. He has over twenty-five years of banking, investment, consulting, sales force training, and corporate finance experience

Recently earned an Emeritus Credential In Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies from Wharton

His experience ranges from public markets, private debt and equity, to consumer debt counseling and resolution and real estate financing  

Prasad Tare – CFO

15+ years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, risk, and internal controls advisory services. His skillset includes company-wide risk assessments to improve focus to critical areas as well as more efficient and effective auditing

Started his career with PwC India, where he was part of the financial statements’ assurance teams for various multi-national companies

Previously led external audit engagements for large public companies like Steve Madden, The United Retail Group, Double-Take Software to name a few
