Built and led high-performance teams across IP, product development, and manufacturing, guiding every phase from concept to commercialization. Proven ability to execute efficiently and maximize ROI through capital discipline and focused innovation. Previously founded and scaled three construction and property development related companies.

Ken Hill – Chief Executive Officer
Globally recognized shaving industry veteran with over 40 years of executive leadership across consumer products, manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail. Widely regarded as a “shaving expert” by peers and industry partners. Served as CEO of DORCO USA and Executive Committee member of DORCO Korea from 2010–2019, helping guide one of the world’s largest razor and blade companies. Formed strategic partnerships with Dollar Shave Club, Every Man Jack®, HeadBlade®, and Barbasol®/PureSilk®, supplying blades and cartridges to major U.S. retailers and challenger brands. Previously held senior regional leadership roles in Northeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific with Energizer Holdings (Schick/Wilkinson Sword) and Warner-Lambert/Pfizer. Brings deep experience in global brand-building, retail distribution, supply chain leadership, and international market expansion.

Brian Hinman – Chief Operating Officer
Internationally recognized expert in intellectual property strategy, monetization, and risk-backed capital markets. Served as Chief Commercial Officer at Aon Intellectual Property Solutions – led the development of market-accepted standards for valuing IP assets on behalf of global businesses and institutional investors. Served as Chief IP Officer at Philips, leading a team of more than 400 IP professionals across nine countries. Oversaw all aspects of Philips’ IP strategy—including portfolio development, litigation, standards participation, licensing, and the formation of IP-focused joint ventures. Co-founder and COO of Unified Patents, and former Vice President of IP and Licensing at IBM, Verizon, and InterDigital. Former Managing Director of PCMR International – advised Dollar Shave Club (Unilever) on factory design, process integration, and commercial readiness. Shlomo Zucker – Founder & CEO/Novatech Design Ltd
Experienced supply chain and factory systems engineer with deep expertise in process optimization, lean automation, and quality control in razor manufacturing. Co-developed advanced blade assembly systems and custom manufacturing workflows with Sam Hacohen. Led factory development and equipment configuration for high-volume razor cartridge production, with a focus on modular scale-up and QA integration. Advising on product design and development, sourcing, production line setup, and long-term operational efficiencies.
