Prior to that, served as CEO of Apple from 1996 to 1997 and National Semiconductor from 1991 to 1996. Director of AT&T from 1995 to 2013 (including appointment as a Director of Pacific Telesis Group in 1995 which was acquired by AT&T in 1997). Currently a Director of InterDigital, Inc., Galectin Therapeutics, Inc. and AirWire Technologies. BS, MS and PhD in physics from Georgia Institute of Technology where earning and is responsible for a number of electronics patents including the first practical charge couple device designs for capturing images in digital form.
D.J. Hill | Co-Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Has served as a chief executive and/or board member for 12 electronics companies around the world including Storage Technology, National Semiconductor, Micro Component Technology, Interconnect Technology, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cerprobe, and Silicon Border Development. Managed these operations around the globe including living and working in South East Asia for 10 years. Led efforts in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. Roger Egan | Member of the Board
Investor and consultant to hedge funds and private equity firms. Currently works with Kohlberg & Company as a Senior Advisor. Co-founded Integro, an insurance brokerage firm serving as CEO until September of 2008. President of Marsh, Inc., the world’s largest insurance brokerage with over $6 billion in revenue and 43,000 employees in 120 countries; for 32 years held a number of senior positions. Past member of the Board of Overseers of the School of Risk Management at St. John’s University and past Director of the American Institute for Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters, The Insurance Institute of America and Sedgwick CMS. Mark Oberle | Chief Operating Officer
Spearheads the operations and deployment of cutting-edge technologies, including AI and VR, to drive operational excellence. Expert in end-to-end technology implementations for both internal business systems and customer-facing products, with a focus on harnessing emerging technologies to surprise and delight customers and their end users. Led the design, implementation, and global deployment of complex, distributed information management systems for government and commercial clients. Began career in wireless in 1990 with one of Verizon Wireless’ predecessor companies. Implemented one of the first RF safety programs for cellular technicians and contractors. Led RF engineering, performance, operations, and technical support teams including responsibility for all engineering and operations for the largest region of Verizon Wireless with an annual budget of over $500 million. BSEE from UC Davis. MBA from USC.
