THE PRODUCT

One score, owned by no platform

Built on the FICO model. It tells brands which creators are real before they hire them.

WHERE WE ARE

Patent-pending, open beta live

Built, internally tested, now in open beta. $1,223,000 pre-seed closed.

WHAT IT BUYS

Scale, then the marketplace

Production scale, the brand marketplace launch, and the groundwork for what follows.

Angel Rivera built an audience of 1.8 million himself.

Then he spent years watching a thousand more creators hit the same wall.

None of them had a reliable way to prove how influential, or how effective, they actually were.

He first saw the gap building Vera Wear (2011–2021): creators drove real revenue for the brand, and there was still no way to prove it.

Later, as a consultant advising creators and entrepreneurs on how to launch and scale — a practice generating more than $1M a year — he watched the same gap trip up client after client. The evidence standard was always a screenshot.

In 2025, he wound that proven and profitable business down and self-funded Vadera through beta to build the standard it was missing.

Supported by a four-person team — including a senior engineer with a decade of banking-software experience who built Pulse’s consent architecture.

50 million creators earn from influence.
No one can verify it.

The working middle — creators earning $10K–$500K a year — is estimated to be roughly 12M people.

BRANDS CAN’T VERIFY

37.2%

of influencer followers show signs of being fake or inauthentic in a 100,000-account audit. Brands still hire on self-reported screenshots, and find out after the campaign runs.

BANKS CAN’T UNDERWRITE

$0

underwritten against influence today. There is no consented, cross-platform record of how a creator performs, so income from influence is invisible to lenders.

50 million creators. A $480B economy by 2027. Brand deals are roughly 70% of what they earn.

Why a standard wins.

A platform can only score itself. A platform score is conflicted. Neutrality is the product — and no platform can own it.

1989

FICO priced
credit.

One number turned unknowable risk into a $14T U.S. lending market. Nearly every U.S. lender runs on it, because no single bank owns it.

● 300-850 · BUREAU TRADELINES · REFRESHED MONTHLY

2026

Pulse prices
influence.

Influence is the last major asset class with no price, no score, no standard. Pulse is built on the FICO model: transparent factors, proprietary computation, one trusted number, owned by no platform.

● 0-99 · CONSENTED OAUTH · RECALCULATED DAILY

Built like a reliable pricing standard, not a vanity metric.

WHY THE NUMBER HOLDS

First-party only

The creator’s own account data, with consent.

Integrity screening

Bot patterns and purchased-follower spikes are excluded at computation.

Human review

Flagged accounts go to a person before the score updates.

Confidence on every surface

A Signal chip, platform count and timestamp travel with the number.

THE BRAND CASE

Brands don’t need a nicer dashboard.
They need to know who is real.

Spend stops leaking

Budgets are committed on self-reported screenshots. Pulse replaces them with consented platform data.

Selection gets faster

Shortlist by verified score, niche and coverage in minutes instead of auditing every creator by hand.

Performance is provable

Delivery is verified against the same signals the campaign was priced on.

THE CREATOR PRODUCT · OPEN BETA

SCORE

Top 12% of creators like you
19-day streak

A new number every morning, with the five signals behind it.

PULSE COACH

Specific next moves

“Consistency is the drag.
One Reel today fixes the slide.”

Built on the creator’s own signals, never generic advice.

MARKETPLACE

Campaigns unlock by score

BrightBrew Coffee · $2,400

3 Reels · 2-week flight
Opens at Pulse 68

Brands post by verified score. Sample campaign shown.

Two-sided monetization:
subscriptions & marketplace fees.

NOW · BRANDS · THE NEAR-TERM REVENUE

Brand Console subscription

Brands pay for the verified deep-signal layer.

10–15% platform fee

Charged to the brand on booked campaigns.

This is where the score is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.

NOW · CREATORS

Free, forever

The score itself always costs nothing. That builds the dataset.

$7.99 Pro · $17.99 Founding

Coach, deeper insights, verified member card.

Creators pay to understand their impact, never to get paid.

DEVELOPMENT PATH: Marketplace payouts settle through an FDIC-member sponsor bank program, adding interchange and deposit economics, then a verification API for score-informed credit.

A decade of attempts proved the demand.

None became the standard.

2008 – 2018

Klout

Scored public social data into a single number. Shut down in 2018. Proof of demand for a social standard, built before platform APIs could verify one.

TODAY

Analytics tools

HypeAuditor-class scores modeled from public profile data. Useful for discovery; not built on creator-authorized account access, and not licensed as an underwriting standard.

TODAY

Creator-card fintechs

Karat-class lenders underwrite creators to issue their own card and banking products. Balance-sheet businesses serving creators directly; no cross-platform score offered to the industry.

PULSE

Consented, and powered

100% creator-authorized, first-party OAuth data with a patent-pending consent-state architecture, powering a platform. Built to hold up in front of platforms, regulators, and institutions.

Traction: Built, filed, closed, and connected.

Open beta live with initial platform coverage and a defined path to monetization.

Specific Risks

FOR INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS ONLY; NOT FOR RETAIL INVESTORS

Platform API dependency

The score requires continued OAuth access across multiple social media platforms; access may be revoked, repriced, or materially changed at any time.

User acquisition & subscription economics

The 2025 beta reached roughly 200 active users; Pulse has not yet been tested with public users, and pricing acceptance for paid tiers has not been demonstrated.

Product & intellectual property

Patent protection is a provisional application only, unexamined and conferring no enforceable rights.

Cybersecurity & privacy

Handling of consented first-party data introduces regulatory, contractual and reputational risk.

Early-stage company and control

Limited operating history; sole director governance; founder controls a majority of voting shares; related-party transactions; capital availability risk.

Competition

Competitors, including platforms and analytics vendors, may develop and market competitive products.

Securities and offering risk

Private securities are speculative, illiquid, and carry a high degree of risk, including loss of the entire investment.
