Merger/Acquisition
- Revival, a restaurant chain based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was acquired by Jester Concepts.
Later Stage VC
- Suviche, food service establishments for quick-service dining with a focus on customizable menu options, raised venture funding from Hauserco.
