Merger/Acquisition
- Willcox/Cochise AZ KOA Holiday, campfire leisure facility based in Willcox, Arizona, that offers a full-service restaurant, café, pool, hot tub, Wi-Fi, a dog park, laundry facilities, and an on-site camp store, was acquired by Mr. Gerry Hodges, Ms. Clarissa Hodges, Mr. Jeremy King and Ms. Irene King.
Buyout/LBO
- BOJ of WNC, quick-service food establishments for casual dining and takeaway meals, was acquired by EYAS Capital through an LBO.
