- Hawkers, a restaurant intended to provide food, drinks, and a dope atmosphere, received development capital from Savory Fund.
Merger/Acquisition
- Bottega Napa Valley, Italian and Spanish cuisine restaurants designed for traditional and contemporary culinary experiences in a refined setting, acquired on June 10, 2025.
- Donut Star, a bakery and café in Burnsville and Lakeville, Minnesota, acquired on June 11, 2025.
- Piero’s Italian Cuisine, operator of an Italian fine dining restaurant based in Las Vegas, Nevada, acquired by Amazing Brands.
- Yesterdog, operator of a hot dog restaurant intended to serve customers in Grand Rapids, Michigan, acquired on June 2, 2025.
