Robotics and Drones Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – September 16th-30th, 2025

Later Stage VC

1. 1. AiM Medical Robotics, compatible surgical robot that increases outcomes for patients undergoing neurosurgery for functional brain disorders, raised $8.1 million through a combination of Series A, Series A-1, and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by IQ Capital Partners.

Early Stage VC 

2. 2. Openmind, cross-platform robot operating system for smart, safe, and governable robots and intelligent machines, raised $20.00 million of venture funding in a deal led by Pantera Capital.
   3. Swarmer, artificial intelligence-powered drone technology for organizations to handle challenging or dispersed areas, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Broadband Capital Investments.

Seed

4. 4. Icarus Robotics, robotic space labor technology that industrializes low Earth orbit, raised $6.1 million of seed funding in a deal led by Soma Capital and Xtal Ventures.
   5. Intuitive Autonomy, robots that simplifies future home living, raised $1.8 million of seed funding.
   6. MicroFactory (Hardware), tabletop robots that automates repetitive manual tasks, raised $1.5 million of pre-seed funding from Clément Delangue and Naval Ravikant.

Accelerator/Incubator

7. 7. Namu Robotics, autonomous robotics for the forestry sector, joined Founders Factory. Rio Tinto invested in the company.
   8. Zordi, forefront agricultural technology that creates autonomous greenhouse techniques that integrate robots, joined MassRobotics as a part of its Physical AI Fellowship cohort 1.
