SpaceTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 1st to 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion
- Axiom Space, international commercial space station that hosts government astronauts, tourists, private companies and individuals for research, manufacturing, space exploration system testing, and tourism, received $100 million of development capital from Type One Ventures and Deep Tech Fund Advisors.
Merger/Acquisition
- KinetX Aerospace, aerospace systems for mission design, navigation, and spacecraft flight dynamics, was acquired by Intuitive Machines.
Later Stage VC
- Apex, standardized satellite buses that accelerate access to space for commercial and government missions, raised $200 million through a combination of debt and Series D venture funding, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $838.77 million.
- Odys Aviation, vertical takeoff and landing aircraft that reduces travel time and emissions on busy corridors, raised $26 million through a combination of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Nova Threshold, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $45 million.
Early Stage VC
- Diffraqtion, quantum imaging technology that enhances visual capabilities in satellites and machines, raised venture funding from milemark.capital.
Accelerator/Incubator
- ShadowGen, voice communication technology platform for low-bandwidth transmission in challenging network conditions, joined Evolution Accelerator as a part of its Evolution Ventures Fund Management (EVFM) Program.
