SpaceTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – September 16th to 30th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition
- BridgeComm, wireless technology that connects satellites from space to the ground and meets the accelerating demand for big data collection from Low Earth Orbit, was acquired by Voyager.
- Phase Four, satellite propulsion systems that economically advance space missions, was acquired by Quantum Space.
Later Stage VC
- Hermeus, aerospace and defense technology that develops hypersonic aircraft quickly and cost-effectively, raised $159.55 million of Series C venture funding from Khosla Ventures, Revolution (Washington DC) and Canaan Partners, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $825.46 million.
- TransAstra, space technologies that detect asteroids, orbital debris, and fast-moving objects between Earth and the Moon, raised $2.5 million of venture funding from NASA SBIR/STTR.
Early Stage VC
- Antares Nuclear, deployable microreactor for space-based power that cleans energy abundant from Earth to the asteroid belt, raised $51.05 million through a combination of Series B-1, Series B-2, and Series B-3 venture funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $208.95 million.
- Hubble Network, aviation and aerospace-related communication components that improve global satellite networks, raised $70 million through a combination of Series B and Series B-1 venture funding, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $245 million.
Seed Round
- Icarus Robotics, robotic space labor technology that industrializes low Earth orbit, raised $6.1 million of seed funding in a deal led by Soma Capital and Xtal Ventures.
