SpaceTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – September 1st to 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

1. Axiom Space, international commercial space station that hosts government astronauts, tourists, private companies and individuals for research, manufacturing, space exploration system testing, and tourism, received development capital from Realm Capital Ventures in September 2025.
2. York Space Systems, small-scale spacecraft technology that transforms space mission operations worldwide, received development capital from NewSpace Capital in September 2025.

Later Stage VC

3. SpaceX, rockets and spacecraft products that advance space transportation, raised an estimated $50 million of venture funding from Newbrook Private Capital, V12 Partners and Dean & Dean Capital Group Corporation on September 12, 2025.

Early Stage VC

4. K2 Space, aerospace hardware products for space architecture, raised $15 million of venture funding from NewSpace Capital on September 15, 2025.

Seed Round

5. Rendezvous Robotics, modular robotic systems for autonomous in-space assembly, raised $3 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Aurelia Foundry and 8090 Industries on September 10, 2025.
6. Tiberius Aerospace, weapon systems that serve the UK, US, and allied defence markets, raised $4.5 million of seed funding from Blacklake Group, Firedrop VC and Beaten Zone Venture Partners on September 9, 2025.
