SpaceTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – June 1st to 15th, 2025

Later Stage VC

  1. CisLunar Industries, in-space metal processing hardware designed for repurposing orbital debris, raised venture funding from University of Colorado Deming Center Venture Fund in June 2025.
  2. Impulse Space, aviation and aerospace components designed for economical and last-mile space payload delivery, raised $300 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Linse Capital on June 3, 2025.

Early Stage VC

  1. Logos, satellite-based communications intended for space technology and broadband networks sectors, raised $50 million of Series A venture funding from US Innovative Technology Fund on June 12, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $186.5 million.
  2. Muon Space, low Earth orbit satellite designed for intelligence missions, raised $146 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity on June 12, 2025. $101 million of Series B and Series B1 was led by Congruent Ventures and Activate Capital Partners, with participation from Costanoa Ventures, and 5 other investors.

Seed Round

  1. Aethero, network of orbital computers designed to make getting space data as easy as downloading files from the web, raised $8.32 million through a combination of Seed funding in a deal led by Kindred Ventures on June 10, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $17.99 million.
