SpaceTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st-15th, 2025

PIPE

    1. Maritime Launch Services, a commercial aerospace company responsible for developing Spaceport Nova Scotia, a satellite launching site for the commercial space transportation industry, received $208,500 of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Relativity Space, operator of an aerospace design and manufacturing company intended to offer commercial launch services, was acquired by Mr.Eric Schmidt.

Later Stage VC

    1. 6P Color, developer of a color science innovation company designed to revolutionize color management through the expression of color gamut frequencies, raised $2.54 million of venture funding.
    2. Radian Aerospace, developer of aerospace vehicles designed to simplify orbital transportation, raised venture funding from Balerion Space Venture.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Auriga, developer of an electromagnetic space launch system intended to offer significant advantages in launch cost, reliability, frequency and responsiveness when compared to conventional systems, raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from New North Ventures.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

    1. NOVI, developer of hardware and data analytics designed to create low-latency intelligence with Artificial intelligence (AI) edge computing, raised seed funding from AIN Ventures.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Delta Solutions & Strategies, operator of an IT company intended to provide advisory and assistance services for the government and defense sectors, joined Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation as a part of its SDA TAP Lab Mini Accelerator Cohort One.
    2. Delta-V Analytics, developer of an AI-powered cloud-based space engineering platform designed to build innovative and robust digital engineering tools for the space industry, joined Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation as a part of SDA TAP Lab – Catalyst Campus Mini Accelerator’s First Cohort.
    3. OpticalX, provider of optical and radar computational services intended to develop computational imaging solutions on electro-optical systems to support faint target search and tracking from LEO to GEO for space domain awareness, joined Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation as a part of SDA TAP Lab – Catalyst Campus Mini Accelerator’s First Cohort.
