SpaceTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – November 16th-30th, 2024

Later Stage VC

  1. Astranis, operator of a satellite internet company intended to bridge the digital divide, raised an additional $50 million of Series D venture funding from NTT Docomo Ventures, and other investors.
  2. Pixxel, developer of hyperspectral satellites designed to capture geospatial data of every location on the planet, raised $5 million of venture funding.
  3. SpinLaunch, operator of a spaceflight technology development company intended to launch small space satellites and payloads into space, raised $11.50 million through a combination of Series C-2 and Series C-4 venture funding.
  4. Stavatti, manufacturer of an aircraft intended to advance the design and production of military, commercial, and general aviation aircraft, raised $80,000 of venture funding.

Early Stage VC

  1. Inversion, developer of a cadence return vehicle intended to build autonomous re-entry vehicles to deliver cargo from space, raised $44 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Spark Capital and Adjacent.

Seed Round

  1. Raven, developer of 3D-printed re-entry capsules designed for affordable and accessible payload return from space, raised $2 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Backswing Ventures.
