- Arctaris Impact Investors, an impact-investment fund provider that invests in growth-oriented businesses and infrastructure projects in underserved U.S. communities, received development capital from La Jolla Holding Co.
Buyout/LBO
- IN Title, a title and real estate transaction services provider that facilitates residential and commercial property transfers, acquired by Meridian Title Insurance through an LBO.
- Kapitus, a business financing services provider that connects small and medium-sized enterprises with multiple financing offers, acquired by InterVest Capital Partners through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition
- Campus Door Holdings, a loan origination systems provider that enables lenders to deploy student loan and consumer finance programs, acquired by Higher Education Servicing Corporation.
- Real Commissions, a commission advance services provider that helps real estate agents manage cash flow before transactions close, acquired by RLTYco.
Later Stage VC
- medZERO, a healthcare financing platform that provides employees interest-free and fee-free funds for out-of-pocket medical expenses, raised $3.91 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from Capital Eleven, Elevate Capital and Jumpstart Nova.
- Transcend, a collateral optimization and analytics software that helps financial institutions manage collateral, liquidity, and risk, raised Series B venture funding from 7RIDGE.
Seed Round
- Agentiq, an investment platform that enables investors to participate in athlete-linked financial instruments, raised $1 million of seed funding in a deal led by Defy Partners Management.
- Wuunderfund, a payroll-embedded employee retention software that provides tenure-based retention benefits through integrated payroll systems, raised $100,000 of seed funding.
