- Merchant Opportunities Fund, private credit fund that serves investors seeking short-term, high-yield opportunities, received development capital from Garibaldi Blue Investment Company.
Merger/Acquisition
- Dealer Merchant Services, credit card processing services for car dealerships, was acquired by Priority Technology Holdings.
- Sirvatus, loan servicing automation platform for private credit, was acquired by Carta.
Later Stage VC
- Notable Finance, home improvement financing platform that assists in providing easy and hassle-free credit facilities, raised $4 million of Series A venture funding from investors, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $42 million.
- Steward, community-lending platform that finances the growth of regenerative farms and sustainable producers, raised $2.95 million of venture funding from investors.
Early Stage VC
- SyntheticFi, securities-backed lending that offers low-cost liquidity while preserving client portfolios, raised venture funding from NextGen Venture Partners.
- Vadera Capital, financial technology services for modern income generation and creator-led business purposes, raised $643,000 of venture funding from investors.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Pagarva, mobile-first payment platform with unified transaction management that streamlines financial operations for micro-businesses, joined gener8tor as a part of its Pinnacle Atlanta Innovation Accelerator Fall 2025 Cohort and received $100,000 in funding.
