Buyout/LBO
- Orion First, commercial debt recovery and business process outsourcing services in Gig Harbor, Washington, was acquired by Concord Servicing, via its financial sponsors Balance Point Capital and GTCR, through an LBO on June 16, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Sungage Financial, financial services for solar energy projects, raised $46.45 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from investors on June 27, 2025.
- First Peoples Bank, personal and commercial banking services platform that provides quality, professional financial services in a competitive, ever-changing market, raised $50,000 of venture funding from investors on June 17, 2025.
Seed Round
- SpendCare, spending-monitoring tools that allow home care agencies safely spend money on behalf of their clients, raised $1.22 million through a combination of debt, Seed-1, Seed, 2, and Seed-3 funding from InvestTN, Launch Tennessee, and other investors on June 26, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $5.18 million.
