Merger/Acquisition
- Beaver Valley Federal Credit Union, banking and credit financial services based in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, was acquired by Clearview Federal Credit Union on June 1, 2025.
- Postal Employees Regional Federal Credit Union, financial services catering to communities in the state of Rhode Island, was acquired by Navigant Credit Union on June 6, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- YieldStreet, digital wealth management platform designed to provide access to institutional investment products, raised $45 million of venture funding in a deal led by Edison Partners, Mayfair Equity Partners and Tarsadia Investments on June 2, 2025.
Seed Round
- Parlay, loan packaging platform designed for increasing small business lending conversions and efficiency, raised $3.56 million of seed funding in a deal led by JAM FINTOP on June 2, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $5 million.
