Specialty and Consumer Finance Capital Raises in the U.S. – March 1st-15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

 

    1. ITE Management, provider of alternative investment management services specializing in transportation infrastructure assets intended to generate stable, risk-adjusted returns for investors through diversified portfolios, received development capital from Blackstone Credit and Insurance.
    2. Sunlight Financial Holdings, provider of payment-friendly financing and loan services intended to serve homeowners for modern home upgrades, received development capital from Exvor Capital.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

 

    1. Cherry Creek Mortgage, operator of a mortgage banking firm intended to help guide buyers through the home financing process, was acquired by JET HomeLoans, a subsidiary of Dream Finders Homes.
    2. Nations Reliable Lending, provider of residential mortgage services based in Houston, Texas, was acquired by Union Home Mortgage.
    3. Payfare, a fintech company offering digital banking, instant payment, and loyalty-reward solutions, was acquired by Fiserv for CAD 202.534 million.
    4. Willow Home Loans, provider of mortgage brokerage services based in Charlotte, North Carolina, was acquired by Milestone Mortgage Solutions.

Early Stage VC 

 

    1. 275 Funding, provider of investment services intended to facilitate capital advances, raised $34.43 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt financing.
    2. The Home Equity Partners, provider of home equity sharing products headquartered in Toronto, Canada, raised venture funding.
