    1. CropTrak, developer of a farm management platform intended to organize and manage crop-related information, received $1.35 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

    1. Package Concierge, provider of package management services intended to provide innovative digital locker technology that addresses the escalating challenges of package management, was acquired by Quadient.

Later Stage VC

    1. BanQu, developer of a cloud-based supply chain management software designed to capture economic transactions and the digital identity of the unbanked population, raised $7.24 million of venture funding.
    2. Cart.com, developer of unified commerce and logistics software designed to scale businesses online, raised $50 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes.
    3. Sound Agriculture, producer of hydraulic enhancement products for crops intended to improve harvest yields and water use efficiency across a variety of crops, raised $100 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by S2G Ventures, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and BMO Capital Markets.
    4. Terviva, operator of an agriculture and food technology company intended to deliver protein and oil food ingredients from the Pongamia tree, raised $46.2 million of venture funding from Chevron Renewable Energy Group and other investors.
    5. Tive, developer of a sensor-driven tracking platform designed to deliver full visibility into products as they move through the supply chain, raised $40.00 million of venture funding.
