PE Growth/Expansion
1. Interos, developer of a logistics assurance platform designed for supply-chain risk management received $45.56 million of development capital from Blue Owl Capital, and other investors.
Later Stage VC
2. Third Wave Automation, manufacturer of an autonomous forklift technology raised $27 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Woven Capital. The funds will be used to scale the company’s pioneering Shared Autonomy Platform, expand manufacturing of its multimode TWA Reach forklifts, and support future technology development that advances the use of autonomous forklifts in and around warehouse environments.
3. EKA, developer of a logistics platform designed to improve supply chain efficiency raised $1.07 million of venture funding. The funding will enable the company to enhance its logistics platform, expand market reach, hire talent, and strengthen its position in the supply chain industry.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
4. Latii, operator of a cloud-based supply chain platform intended to source technology for construction precision parts raised $6.72 million of seed funding in a deal led by Leadout Capital. The company intends to use the funds to continue the development and launch of AI-powered tools that streamline processes for both its customers and fabricators and further enhance its U.S.-wide expansion efforts in the Pacific Northwest, Mountain Region, and the New York Tri-State Area by removing cross-market friction.
5. Courie, developer of logistics software designed for modern-day couriers raised $3.83 million through a combination of Seed-1 and Seed-2 funding.
