PE Growth/Expansion
- Pickton Gas Storage, an underground natural gas storage provider that operates storage facilities, transportation infrastructure, and trading hubs, received development capital from Tailwater Capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Paragon Industries, a tubular products manufacturer that provides steel pipes and value-added services for drilling, pipelines, and structural applications, acquired by Integrated Utility Services for $40 million.
- Riverbend Oil & Gas IX, a mineral and royalty interests operator that serves the oil and natural gas industry, acquired by Viper Energy for $337 million.
Later Stage VC
- WATT Fuel Cell, a solid oxide fuel cell technology developer that provides modular, fuel-flexible, and low-emission power systems, raised venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- NZT Group, a polymer and composite materials developer that creates engineered materials and systems for demanding industrial applications, raised venture funding from Intbox Ventures.
- StratGrid, an AI data center and power infrastructure developer that provides modular, energy-efficient computing capacity for AI workloads, raised $1.75 million of venture funding from Jet.AI.
- StratX, an engineered landfill emissions reduction platform that converts high-emitting landfills into carbon offset assets, raised $1.19 million of venture funding in a deal led by The Grantham Foundation and Neglected Climate Opportunities.
Seed Round
- DataXtrax, an AI-powered data extraction platform that automates document processing and supports ongoing regulatory compliance, raised $1 million of seed funding.
