- Palladyne AI Corp, a software company focused on autonomy for robotic systems, received $6.95 million of development a private placement.
- Cyngn Inc, an industrial autonomous vehicle technology company, received $3.5 million of development capital through a private placement.
Merger/Acquisition
- Jetcool, developer of a modular component cooling technology designed to cool high-power electronics acquired by Flex.
Later Stage VC
- Vecna Robotics, developer of autonomous mobile robots designed to offer safe and efficient material transport in commercial settings, raised $74.5 million of Series C1 venture funding in a deal led by Drive Capital.
- Skydio, developer of AI-powered drones designed to deliver power and flying cameras without much complexity, raised $170 million of Series E venture funding from Axon, KDDI and Linse Capital.
- NomadGo, developer of an inventory automation platform designed for automated inventory counts and power decision-making, raised $2.56 million of venture funding.
- First Resonance, developer of a manufacturing software platform designed for day-to-day operations in the factories, raised $10.82 million through a combination of Series A-1, and Series A-2 venture funding from Third Prime, Emerson Ventures,E12 Venture Capital and other investors.
- Axine, developer of industrial wastewater treatment systems designed for on-site treatment of toxic organics in industrial wastewater, raised an estimated $15 million of venture funding from Veralto.
- Agility Robotics, developer of bipedal walking robots designed to offer efficient, agile, and robust legged platforms for real-world applications raised Series B venture funding from Schaeffler Group USA, Bossa Invest and AJI Capital.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Geist Robotics, manufacturer of electronic warfare systems intended to democratize protection against airborne threats, joined The Catalyst Accelerator.
