Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. Anvl, developer of compliance safety software designed to modernize frontline worker productivity, was acquired by Benchmark Gensuite through an LBO.
  2. Mingo Smart Factory, developer of a manufacturing analytics platform, was acquired by Nulogy through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

  1. Impulse Space, manufacturer of aviation and aerospace components designed for economical and last-mile space payload delivery, raised $150 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Founders Fund, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $360 million.
  2. GlacierGrid, developer of monitoring technology designed to offer temperature tracking and analytics, raised $24 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Zero Infinity Partners, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $47.35 million.
  3. KoBold Metals, operator of an AI-powered mineral exploration company intended to discover the materials critical for the electric vehicle and renewable energy revolutions, raised $491.46 million through a combination of Series C-1 and Series C-2 venture funding, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $2.01 billion.

Early Stage VC

  1. Lightdash, developer of an automated data monitoring platform designed to track data warehouse for data quality issues, raised $11 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Accel, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $68 million.
  2. Basetwo AI, developer of a low-code artificial intelligence platform intended to enable process engineers to optimize their manufacturing processes, raised $13.40 million of Series 4 Class A venture funding.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

  1. Fortius Metals, manufacturer of wire consumables intended to provide next-generation alloys for large-format metal three-dimensional printing, raised $5.05 million through a combination of Seed-4 and Seed-5 funding from AM Ventures, Asimov Ventures and 10X Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $8.35 million.
  2. Mantis Robotics, developer of human-robot collaboration technology designed to improve flexibility in factories and warehouses, raised $7.32 million of Seed-1 funding, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $17.68 million.
  3. Swivl, developer of a self-storage automation platform designed to speed up artificial intelligence workflows, raised $1 million of Seed-3, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $16 million.
