  1. Audigent, data activation, curation, and identity platform for privacy-safe media monetization and addressability at scale, received development capital from Pacific Reach Capital.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Bluecor, retail personalisation and customer engagement software that optimizes marketing and shopper interactions across digital channels, was acquired by Insider One for $1 billion.
  2. Okay Human, remote qualitative research platform that scales how clients collect rich consumer insights, was acquired by DigitalMYnd.

Later Stage VC

  1. Chord, commerce data platform that unifies customer data and automates marketing activation for e-commerce brands, raised $7 million of venture funding.
  2. RAD INTEL, commerce analytics platform that simplifies the creation of new revenue streams, raised $11.45 million of Regulation A crowdfunding.

Early Stage VC

  1. ai, creative advertising testing platform that helps brands improve audience engagement, raised venture funding from Team Ignite Ventures.
  2. Polsia, AI-based autonomous operations software for workflow automation and digital task execution, raised $30 million of Series A venture funding.

Seed Round

  1. Dealer Alchemist, automotive digital marketing platform that increases dealership sales and lead quality through AI-driven websites, advertising and SEO, raised $3 million of seed funding.
  2. DebitMyData, identity verification and agent governance infrastructure that secures autonomous digital systems and regulates agent-based interactions, closed on $3 billion of Series A venture funding.
  3. Embedded Technology, embedded commerce infrastructure software that delivers insurance and financial products within digital user journeys, raised $7.96 million of seed funding.
