Top 10 AdTech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – June 1st – 30th, 2026

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Scala, digital signage software and systems for retail, hotels, banking, entertainment, and government sectors, was acquired by Vertiseit for $27 million.

Later Stage VC

  1. 1World, consumer intelligence platform that boosts performance and revenue, raised $8.93 million of Series B2 venture funding.
  2. Sift Media, mobile advertisement management platform that collects data for smartphone users, raised $5.97 million of Series 1 venture funding in the form of convertible debt financing.

Early Stage VC

  1. UPAAD, AI-driven digital advertising optimization platform that enhances campaign performance, raised $1.8 million of venture funding from FasterCapital.
  2. Bamboo Creative Solutions, branding and advertising services that help businesses improve their market presence and reach target audiences, raised $7.5 million of venture funding.
  3. PieTech, AI marketing platform that runs and optimizes local business advertising campaigns, raised $23.7 million through a combination of Series A venture funding.

Seed Round

  1. Laurence, automated advertising optimization technology that maximizes digital marketing profitability, raised $5.3 million of seed funding in a deal led by Susa Ventures and BoxGroup.
  2. Billy, mobile ad tech platform that connects advertisers and publishers, raised $100,000 of seed funding.
  3. Aparagon, data marketing agency that provides digital marketing services, raised $1.81 million of seed funding through a combination of equity and SAFE notes.
  4. Run-A-Muck, storytelling platform that transforms bold storytelling into a cultural phenomenon, raised $16.63 million of seed funding in a deal led by Atreides Management.
