PIPE
- Merlin Labs, autonomous flight software for legacy and next-generation airborne systems, received $80 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, manufactures fitting systems and supplies for the aerospace industry, was acquired by Howmet Aerospace for $1.80 billion.
- Precision Aviation Group, manufactures aircraft parts and provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, was acquired by VSE for $2.02 billion.
Later Stage VC
- Anduril Industries, autonomous defense technology that automates surveillance and threat detection for national security purposes, raised $5 billion of Series H venture funding.
- Astranis, small satellites for high-orbit deployment that serves defense and commercial communications sectors, raised $455 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity.
- Hermeus, develops hypersonic aircraft quickly and cost-effectively, raised $350 million of Series C venture funding.
- Reliable Robotics, autonomous aircraft systems for commercial and defense aviation, raised $160 million of Series D venture funding.
- Starfish Space, autonomous satellite servicing vehicles for in-space satellite maintenance, raised $111.69 million of Series B venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Cowboy Space, orbital computing infrastructure that provides space-based power generation and artificial intelligence compute capacity, raised $305 million of Series B venture funding.
- HavocAI, autonomous systems technology that enables collaborative, multi-domain fleet operations, raised $187.49 million through the combination of Series A venture funding.
