- Nominal, data infrastructure and analytics platform that helps engineering teams efficiently test and validate complex hardware systems, received development capital from Avenir Growth Capital in July 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- Capella Space, satellite radar imagery technology that provides continuous global coverage through clouds, smoke, fog and darkness, was acquired by IonQ on July 15, 2025.
- Envoy Aerospace, aircraft certification services that support aviation design modifications and regulatory approvals, was acquired by Astronics for $8 million on July 8, 2025.
- Woot Tech, unmanned aerial systems that serve defense, security and industrial inspection sectors, was acquired by Wakeb on July 8, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Benchmark Space Systems, satellite propulsion technology that facilitates the space industry’s growth, raised $2.40 million of venture funding from investors on July 2, 2025.
- Varda Space Industries, spacecraft infrastructure that creates products in space for terrestrial applications, raised $187 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Shrug Capital and Natural Capital (US) on July 10, 2025.
Early Stage VC
- JEH Aerospace, aerospace manufacturing platform that transforms the supply chain experience digitally and deliver quality parts at scale, and on time, raised venture funding from Indigo Ventures on July 9, 2025.
- Precision Aerospace & Defense, aerospace services that offer aerospace and defense innovation, raised $2.5 million of venture funding from investors on July 8, 2025.
Seed Round
- Apolink, satellite communication network for continuous, real-time communication between satellites in low earth orbit, raised $4.3 million of seed funding from Rebel Fund, Unshackled Ventures and 468 Capital on July 11, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $40.7 million.
- CisLunar Industries, critical power infrastructure for space to leverage a modular, adaptable core design, raised $2.76 million of seed funding from University of Colorado Deming Center Venture Fund, One funds and other investors on July 8, 2025.
