- Leesta Industries, precision aerospace components for jet engines and landing gear systems, was acquired by Pursuit Aerospace via its financial sponsors through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- REGENT Craft, an all-electric wing-in-ground-effect vessel that transforms regional transportation between coastal cities, raised venture funding from Dolby Family Ventures.
- Impulse Space, aviation and aerospace components for economical and last-mile space payload delivery, raised $500 million of Series D venture funding.
- Apex, modular satellite platforms and orbital infrastructure for long-term lunar and deep-space missions, raised $200 million of venture funding.
- Katalyst, autonomous robotic spacecraft that shifts the satellite paradigm away from single-use models towards an active in-orbit upgrade economy, raised $12 million of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- 9 Mothers, counter-unmanned aircraft systems that detect, track, and counter small unmanned aircraft using AI, raised venture funding from Streamlined Ventures Management.
- Dispatch, a space cargo return platform that transports materials from space back to Earth, raised venture funding from Rebel Fund.
- HoverSafe, low-altitude aviation software for drone safety and operations, raised venture funding from City Side Ventures and BRIDGE Angel Investors.
Seed Round
- Ravee Optics, a compact optical communication terminal that provides bandwidth data transmission for small satellites, raised $6 million of seed funding.
- Askari Defense, a counter-drone platform that offers intelligent kinetic defense for the age of robotic warfare, raised $8.99 million of Seed-1 funding in a deal.
