- Inno-3B, vertical farming robotic platform that assists users in learning to manage their growing process at every step, were acquired by Premier Tech, via its financial sponsor Fonds de solidarite FTQ, through an LBO.
Merger/Acquisition

- Hazel Technologies, agricultural and postharvest technologies that mitigates agricultural waste and improve the efficiency of the fresh produce supply chain, was acquired by TransFRESHTECTROL.
- Vytelle, a biotechnology platform that assists in advancing bovine, deer, and buffalo genetics by redefining reproduction, was acquired by Trans Ova Genetics, a subsidiary of URUS.

- Mainstreet Project, a poultry centered regenerative agriculture research farm and training program based in the United States, raised a venture funding from Lift Business Design.
- CanDry Technologies, a low-temperature agri-food dehydrators that prevents nutritional loss in food, raised a venture funding from Agribusiness Advisors.
