  1. ViX Swimwear, women’s swimwear and resort apparel that serves consumers seeking beach, resort, and leisure wear, received development capital from Crescera Capital.
  2. Warners, women’s intimate apparel that serves the everyday wear market in the United States, received capital from WHP Global.

Buyout/LBO

  1. Catimini, kids’ clothing that serves children aged 0 to 14 years, was acquired by Children Worldwide Fashion, via its financial sponsors Arkéa Capital, Dzeta Conseil and RAISE Group, through an LBO.
  2. DesignLab, custom uniform apparel and accessories that support the operational and safety requirements of government agencies, was acquired by Galls, via its financial sponsor Charlesbank Capital Partners.

Later Stage VC

  1. Dopple, an online children’s clothing brand that helps parents shop for their kids while saving time and money, raised $505,007 of venture funding in the form of convertible notes from New Jersey Commission on Science and Innovation and Technology.
  2. Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand that makes jewelry a natural part of everyday wear and personal expression, raised venture funding in the form of convertible note from 500 Global.

Early Stage VC

  1. Syrn, a lingerie brand that provides a wide range of stylish and comfortable bras, panties and nightwear, raised venture funding from Coatue Management.
  2. BNTO, a video-first online fashion e-commerce platform that provides apparel from fashionable brands and curated labels, raised $22.43 million of Series-B venture funding in a deal led by Notable Capital.

Angel (individual)

  1. Naked Revival, clothing, personal wear, and lifestyle goods that support everyday use and routine-based living purposes, raised $88,052 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
  2. Drift New England, an apparel brand focused on the automotive drifting scene that sells quality apparel, raised $36,000 of angel funding.
  3. Asian American Girl Club, apparel and lifestyle products that promote cultural identity, raised angel funding.
