PE Growth/Expansion

  1. Mosyle, device management software that streamlines Apple device management, received $100 million of development capital from CD Private Equity, and other investors.
  2. AI, financial analytics and decision support services for institutional sales, research, hedge funds, and registered investment advisors, received $10.00 million of development capital from NEXT Investors.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Libro, AI-driven guest experience and restaurant reservation platform that attracts guests and manages dining operations, was acquired by OpenTable, a subsidiary of Booking Holdings.
  2. Loam AI Labs, artificial intelligence systems for land management and transactional workflows, was acquired by Self Labs.

Later Stage VC

  1. Factory, artificial intelligence-based platform for computer codes and to bring autonomy to software engineering, raised $150 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $1.35 billion.
  2. Netomi, enterprise agentic customer experience platform that manages customer interactions across digital and voice channels, raised $110 million of venture funding in a deal led by Accenture Ventures.

Early Stage VC

  1. Aria Networks, AI-focused networking platform that delivers scalable, reliable, and efficient performance for demanding workloads, raised $125 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Sutter Hill Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $655 million.
  2. Blitzy, AI-powered platform that autonomously builds and enhances enterprise software, raised $200.00 million of venture funding in a deal led by Northzone Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $1.2 billion.

Seed Round

  1. RadixArk, large-scale AI infrastructure systems for developers, research labs, startups, and enterprises building frontier AI applications, raised $100 million of seed funding in a deal led by Accel and Spark Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $300 million.
  2. White Circle, AI security software for automated testing and protection of machine learning systems, raised $11 million of seed funding from Abstract Ventures, Moonfire and Hummingbird Venture.
