- Leadpoet, autonomous artificial intelligence sales agent software that generates premium sales prospects for businesses, received $750,000 of development capital from investors.
Merger/Acquisition
- Persona, artificial intelligence video interaction platform that delivers conversational digital agents for customer engagement and support, was acquired by Luma AI.
- Quotient AI, evaluation platform that accelerates the development and deployment of reliable artificial intelligence products, was acquired by Databricks.
Later Stage VC
- Serenity, AI-powered environment, health, and safety platform that streamlines workplace safety management and operational processes, raised venture funding from Cerity Partners Ventures.
- Tulip Interfaces, data analytics and insights platform that transforms factories by managing and visualizing global operations digitally, raised $120 million through a combination of Series D and Series D-1 venture funding in a deal led by Mitsubishi Electric, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $1.27 billion.

- GIGABLUE, digital platform that manages and optimizes distributed energy resources for commercial and industrial applications, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Planet Ocean Fund.

Seed Round
- Ezra, artificial intelligence-based recruitment tools for automating candidate evaluation, raised $3.2 million of Seed-1 funding in a deal led by Penny Jar Capital and LMNT Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $18.8 million.
- Reconstructiv, spatial data intelligence software that transforms visual data from cameras and sensors into structured, spatially aware datasets for real-world understanding, raised $150,000 of pre-seed funding from Right Side Capital Management and Forum Ventures.
