- Bluesky Digital Assets Corp, a high-value digital enterprise that is positioned at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Web3 business solutions, received $309,999 of development capital from investors.
- Railtown AI Technologies Inc, engaged in the business of developing a software-as-a-service artificial intelligence solution that is intended to help software development teams detect, analyze, and fix errors quickly in their development projects, received $600,000 of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Juniper Networks, engaged in designing, developing, and selling products and services for high-performance networks that are designed to enable customers to build scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective networks for their businesses while achieving agility and improved operating efficiency through automation, acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
- Total Solutions, digital business transformation services that are offered to serve companies across Detroit, Michigan, acquired by Coretek Services.
Later Stage VC
- Avanta Risk Management, a data analytics platform that is used to provide risk management strategies for property management, raised venture funding from Thomson Reuters Ventures.
- CertifID, a wire fraud protection company that is built to provide transfer protection for all participants in real estate transactions, raised $47.5 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Centana Growth Partners.
Early Stage VC
- Runic, an AI-driven platform that is designed to transform unstructured customer feedback into actionable marketing insights, raised venture funding from Bantam Group.
- Portola, an AI companion that is designed to help one feel grounded in their daily life, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Khosla Ventures.
Seed Round
- Legal Karma, legal proprietary software that is designed to help clients make sense of their cases and the legal process, raised $1.81 million of Seed-6 funding.
- Live Story, a no-code content design and publishing platform that is designed to empower professional teams to create and manage digital experiences across web and in-store environments with speed and flexibility, raised EUR 2.7 million of seed funding in a deal led by Vertis SGR.
