Top 10 Artificial Intelligence Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 1st – 15th , 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

  1.  Machinify, artificial intelligence powered healthcare payment integrity software that serves insurance payers, received development capital from Town Hall Ventures.
  2. Syntheia, an artificial intelligence technology company that is developing and commercializing proprietary algorithms to deliver human-like, received CAD 2.41 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. Inky, an AI-based anti-phishing platform that tracks and block unusual or suspicious threats, was acquired by Kaseya, via its financial sponsors New Mountain Capital, Pantheon International, Sixth Street Partners, Insight Partners, Ares Management, Blue Owl Capital, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and Morgan Stanley Private Credit.
  2. Qualifi, a digital screening platform that changes the hiring experience with on-demand phone interviews, was acquired by Humanly (Business/Productivity Software).

Later Stage VC

  1. Simple App, an AI-powered digital-health application that provides personalized coaching for sustainable weight management and long-term well-being, raised $35 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Hartbeat Ventures.
  2. Krista Software, a conversational AI-powered software that increases internal and external customer satisfaction, raised $1.2 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC 

  1. Peer, a software platform that helps people bridge distances, find communities and grow businesses, raised $16 million of venture funding through a combination of equity, convertible note and SAFE notes.
  2. Intelo.AI, a collaborative intelligence platform that supports modern merchandising across its entire lifecycle, raised $2 million of venture funding in a deal led by Illuminate Ventures.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

  1.  Diligent Robotics, an artificial intelligence-based robot assistants that supports healthcare workers with routine tasks, joined AgeTech Collaborative as a part of its AARP Accelerator Program.
  2.  OutcomesAI, an artificial medical intelligence platform that amplifies care capacity and improves clinical outcomes through AI-powered support for healthcare teams, raised $10 million of seed funding in a deal led by Santé Ventures.
