- Azitra Inc, early-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for precision dermatology using engineered proteins and live biotherapeutic products that can be applied topically to treat diseases of the skin, received $864,895 of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Carviz, operator of a vehicle management platform intended to simplify and optimize automotive inspections, acquired by bee2link group.
- EpiSci, developer of a synergistic system intended to serve future military and commercial applications, acquired by Applied Intuition.
Later Stage VC
- Colorboost, operator of an optical technology company intended to offer sunglasses, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and electronic eyewear, raised $870,843 of venture funding.
- FloorFound, developer of return management services platform designed to capture unclaimed customer segments and revenue, raised venture funding from SpringTime Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- Nestmed, developer of an AI-driven health documentation platform designed for clinicians and hospitals, raised venture funding from SciFi VC.
- Matterfact, operator of a financial information platform intended to offer data on companies, raised venture funding from Z21 Ventures.
Seed Round
- Buidlbox, developer of an end-to-end hackathons platform designed for builders and guides to gain novel skills, earn prizes, grow communities, and build a better web together, raised seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from The LAO.
- Gaia Dynamics, developer of a regulatory platform designed to transform global trade compliance into an accurate and profitable experience, raised $1.5 million of pre-seed funding lead by Zenda Capital and AI Fund.
