- Quantum Computing Inc, an integrated photonics and quantum optics technology company that provides accessible and affordable quantum machines to the world today, received $200 million of development capital.
- Red Cat Holdings Inc, a drone technology company that integrates robotic hardware and software for military, government, and commercial operations, received an estimated $46.75 million of development capital.
Buyout/LBO
- Glassbeam, an analytics platform that makes sense of complex machine data collected from connected medical devices, acquired by PartsSource, via its financial sponsors Bain Capital and Ergo Partners, through an LBO.
- ImmersiveTouch, a vendor-neutral enterprise-scale virtual reality surgery platform that delivers actionable insights to make surgery smarter and safer, acquired by HealthpointCapital through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- Abridge, a healthcare application that brings context and understanding to every medical conversation, raised $315.94 million of Series E venture funding in a deal led by Andreessen Horowitz.
- io, a product design management platform that streamlines hardware development, raised $15 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Rethink Impact.
Early Stage VC
- MyMedicalHub, cloud-based predictive healthcare informatics and technology that identifies and prevents injuries, raised $100,000 of venture funding.
- OpenRouter, an artificial intelligence model aggregator platform that provides access to various large language models, raised $40 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Menlo Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz.
Seed Round
- Hyve, an AI financial planning platform that delivers personalized wealth advice at scale, raised $11 million of seed funding in a deal led by Viola FinTech.
- KindredPM, autonomous AI agents that streamline residential property management processes, raised $350,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
