- CoreWeave, developer of a cloud infrastructure platform designed to provide computing resources for artificial intelligence or machine learning and other projects, received $350 million of development capital from OpenAI and Irving Investors.
- P2P Group Ltd, engaged in the development and sale of consumer product goods under its Pure to Pure brand, received CAD 1.09 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Dieta Health, operator of a healthcare technology platform intended to create personalized digestive health recommendations for people who suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, acquired by Cylinder.
- Gretel, operator of a data categorization and identification platform intended to check out an anonymized version of a data set automatically, acquired by Nvidia.
Later Stage VC
- RealWear, developer of a hands-free headset designed to improve safety and increase productivity at industrial work, raised $1.64 million of venture funding.
- Sports Innovation Lab, operator of a global sports market research and advisory firm intended to evaluate and recommend sports products and services, raised $1 million of venture funding in the form of convertible notes.
Early Stage VC
- ClearCOGS, developer of an artificial intelligence predictive forecasting system designed to provide optimal daily preparation levels for restaurants, raised $1.9 million of venture funding.
- Cognition, developer of an autonomous artificial intelligence chatbot designed to manage development projects from inception to completion, raised an estimated $120 million of venture funding in a deal led by 8VC.
Seed Round
- NeuronX, developer of a decentralized lending protocol designed to operate on the Dfinity blockchain, raised $1 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Obelisk Capital.
- Pluralis Research, developer of a decentralized AI platform designed to enable secure and collaborative machine learning across organizations, raised $7.6 million of seed funding in a deal led by CoinFund and Union Square Ventures.
