Top 10 CleanTech/Clean Energy Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – June 1st to 30th, 2026

PE Growth/Expansion
- Maxwell Power, renewable energy and financing platform that offers homeowners, non-profits and commercial property owners the ability to take advantage of the solar investment tax credit with upfront savings and works with commercial property owners to monetize the tax credit up front, received $750 million of development capital from Fairtide Partners.
- Walden Renewables, renewable energy services that enhance the new energy economy, received development capital from RWE Energy Transition Investments.
Merger/Acquisition
- PowerON Services, managed trade-in and recycling solutions for used electronics to support sustainable tech lifecycle management, was acquired by Other World Computing.
- SOL Components, solar mounting systems for utility-scale solar projects, was acquired by Create Energy.
Later Stage VC
- Ally Waste, valet trash and recycling services that cater to tenant convenience and support property upkeep, raised $53.7 million of venture funding from investors.
- Helion, fusion energy technology that generates clean electricity through controlled nuclear fusion, raised $465 million of Series G venture funding in a deal led by Thrive Capital, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $15.04 billion.
Early Stage VC
- Evotrex, power-generating electric recreational vehicle trailers for extended off-grid living and outdoor adventure, raised $30 million of Series A venture funding from Nexstar Capital Partner, ThunderSoft and Forebright Capital.
- Ingress Renewables, renewable energy and resource recovery services that convert waste materials into valuable products and support sustainability initiatives, raised venture funding from Ingress Ventures.
Seed Round
- Ourea Energy, gravity-powered energy storage systems for data centers and independent power producers, raised $250,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Solar Simplified, solar energy solutions that connect customers with local solar farms, raised $1.5 million of seed funding.
