- Energy Vault Holdings, a grid-scale energy storage company that is driving a faster transition to renewable power by solving the intermittence issues that are inherent to the prevalent sources of renewable energy, solar and wind, received $300 million of development capital from Oman Investment Corporation.
- Charbone Hydrogen, an integrated green hydrogen group for delivering a North American network of production facilities and technological solutions for the creation and distribution of green hydrogen produced from clean and renewable energies, received CAD 1.013 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

- Elemental Clean Fuels, clean fuel technology that delivers meaningful emissions reduction, was acquired by Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners through an LBO.
- Blu Dot Systems, a solar farm for large-scale Industrial footprints like data centers and large energy infrastructure applications, was acquired by Nu E Power (CNQ: NUE) for CAD 4.59 million.
Later Stage VC

- Membrion, ion exchange membrane technology for industrial wastewater, raised $20 million through a combination of Series B-1 and Series B-2 venture funding from Ecolab, W. L. Gore and Associates and Lam Research.
- Cowboy Clean Fuels, a renewable energy gas that commercializes a process of producing renewable natural gas from alternative biomass feedstocks, raised $4.34 million of venture funding in the form of debt.
Early Stage VC

- Rare Earth Technologies, a rare earth elements and metals refining company that transforms the technical, economic, scale, and environmental challenges of refining, raised $1.45 million in the form of convertible debt from Wellspring Material Ventures.
- Coast Fibers, sustainable textiles that reduce costs and minimize environmental impact, raised $835,023 of Series A venture funding.
Angel, Seed, and Grant

- AWEC, a wind energy technology that outperforms traditional turbines in efficiency and scalability, joined i.d.e.a. Fund as a part of its Cohort 4 and received $20,000 in grant funding.
- EQORE, a smart energy storage system for industrial and commercial facilities, raised $1.3 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
